Product availability

Products are offered within the limits of available stocks, the availability of which is indicated in the description sheet of each item. We cannot guarantee sufficient stocks on certain products. To check availability, we recommend that you contact our customer service before placing an order. In the event of a stock shortage, an exchange or refund will be offered.

Ordering process

In accordance with the law on confidence in the digital economy of June 2004, the ordering process is detailed below:

1. Selection of products and addition to cart.
2. Checking the cart and information.
3. Validation of the order.
4. User identification or registration.
5. Checking and modifying delivery and billing details.
6. Secure payment via the dedicated interface.

After receipt of payment, an electronic acknowledgement of receipt is sent within a maximum of 72 hours, followed by an email summarizing the order.

Price and delivery

Prices, in Euros, all taxes included (VAT 20%), excluding delivery costs, may be modified at any time. Delivery costs are indicated before payment. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes may apply at the user's expense.

Delivery times

Orders are delivered by the designated carrier within 7 to 12 business days after receipt of payment. Some products may require a longer period, and in the event of non-compliance, the customer will be clearly informed and reimbursed within 30 days of payment. Our average delivery times are 3 to 6 weeks, considering a reasonable period of up to 45 days. Beyond this, a refund may be required, limited to the amount of the items invoiced.

Reception of products

The user must check the conformity of the product upon delivery. Any error or apparent defect must be the subject of a claim within seven days. In the event of a damaged package, the user must refuse it to benefit from the carrier's guarantee. We decline all responsibility in the event of non-compliance with these procedures.

In case of delivery without signature, the carrier's delivery certificate, justified by the flashing of the package, will not call into question the delivery. We decline all responsibility for any claim of non-delivery.

The user must also refuse any incomplete package or any package containing damaged items within three days of receipt, in accordance with article L 133-3 of the French Commercial Code, to be eligible for compensation.
