You can exchange and return your products within 15 days of receiving your package.

To accept returns, products must be returned in their original condition, i.e. with the packaging, label and any accessories, in perfect resale condition. They must not have been installed or damaged. We advise you to take photos or a video of your product before returning it to verify the absence of traces of use.

Each return or exchange will be inspected by our team.

Procedure for returns

You must follow this procedure to make your return:

Return your order by Colissimo to the address that will be communicated to you by email.

We advise you to make all your returns by Colissimo and to keep the tracking number, otherwise we cannot guarantee the correct receipt of your return package.

Once received, we will review the accessory and process your request. Please allow up to 10 days for processing of your return after receipt.

If the accessory has a defect, we will issue a credit or refund as soon as possible.

The refund is made after processing by re-crediting the bank card you used to place your order or by a credit valid for 6 months if you choose this option.

If this is an exchange, the new item will be sent to you as soon as possible.
